Dear guests, we warmly welcome you to Waldharts and wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay in the mountains of Tyrol. To ensure that all guests find a satisfactory and tidy apartment / vacation home, we ask you to comply with the following house rules. By moving into our apartment / vacation home you accept these house rules.

The apartment / vacation home is ready for occupancy from 16.00 on the day of arrival or by arrangement. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in our ski cellar or at an agreed location.

Pets are allowed and must be registered in advance. We charge a final cleaning fee per pet.

Smoking is not permitted in our apartments. Ashtrays are available on the balcony or terrace.

No waste, leftover food or harmful liquids may be poured into the kitchen sink, toilets, washbasins or showers! Please avoid anything that could lead to blockages (no hygiene articles in the toilet).

Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and utensils may only be put away in the cupboards after use if they have been washed and dried.

Please use coasters for hot containers such as pots or pans.

Do not place any metal objects (pots, cutlery) in the microwave!

To prevent mold growth, we ask you to air the bathrooms well after showering or bathing and to wipe them dry beforehand.

For the sake of the environment!
Please separate waste into organic waste, residual waste, plastic, paper and glass/cans. The marked separation bins are located in the apartment / vacation home. Please dispose of organic waste in the brown garbage can (without plastic and paper) and residual waste in the black garbage can.

Sustainability: Please do not dispose of hard bread and food that is suitable for our animals (ponies, rabbits and guinea pigs) in the organic waste, but leave it in the apartment / vacation home.

Please store ski and hiking boots, skis, ski poles, snowboard equipment, bicycles and toboggans in the designated cellar or garage area. There is a parking space by the stairs at the Strahlkogel apartment.

Save energy: Please switch off the lights and all electrical appliances when you leave the apartment / vacation home. If you use candles, make sure you use them carefully.

A quiet night must be observed from 22:00. Parties or loud events are not permitted.

Brochures and information material can be found directly in the apartment / vacation home. You can buy hiking maps at Ötztal Tourismus – Information Umhausen.

Visit us at the Infopoint at Chalet Waldhart (Tauferpuit 15, 6441 Umhausen) for tips on excursion destinations and leisure attractions in Umhausen and the entire Ötztal.

Nobody damages things on purpose, but it can happen that something gets broken. Please let us know so that we can repair the damage.

Liability for damage, soiling and impairments that go beyond normal wear and tear is the responsibility of the tenant.

Please inform us of any defects in the apartment so that we can rectify them as quickly as possible.

We kindly ask you to settle the bill directly on arrival or at the latest on the evening before departure at the Infopoint at Chalet Waldhart (Tauferpuit 15). Payment can be made by bank transfer (prior to arrival), in cash, by ATM/EC card or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Please note that a bank transfer is no longer possible on the day of departure.

Please use the parking spaces provided. When exiting onto the country road at Landhaus Waldhart, it is advisable for the passenger to pay attention to the traffic.

The apartment / vacation home must be vacated by 09.00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.

Please wash the dishes or load and start the dishwasher.

If possible, we ask you to take off the bed linen and leave it in the room.
